The Finance and Accounting Division organized the second e-ADVANCES loan management system training.

The Finance and Accounting Section, in collaboration with the Digital Technology Center, hosted a program by Mr. Suchart Sermsiri, the system developer, organized a training event and shared learning the use of the new e-ADVANCEs loan management system, which had 160 people in attendance. This was the second training in fiscal year 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Moklan Conference Room, 2nd floor, Administration Building, and via Zoom Cloud Meeting system.

A program called the Advance Loan Management System (e-ADVANCEs) was created to make borrowing and advance repayment more convenient, flexible, and paper-saving. The system was subsequently developed in accordance with the requirements of more users and training in this second instance as follows:

  1. The e-ADVANCEs advance loan management system records borrowings as follows:

1.1 Recording of borrowings for advance borrowings: recording of the borrower’s own repayment of the advance loan.

1.2 Advance borrowing record keeping: recording the repayment of an advance loan with a record keeper rather than the borrower.

1.3 Using a recorder to keep track of the borrowing of advance borrowings, recording of repayments for advance loans that the payer personally has made

  1. Agency management (Administrator of the organization)
