On April 21, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Finance and Accounting Division hosted a knowledge exchange session on the “School Fund Management System” at Computer Laboratory 2, Digital Innovation Center Building. Co-developed by the Finance and Accounting Division and the Digital Innovation Center, this system was designed to enhance the speed, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting records and financial reporting for school funds. Furthermore, it consolidates financial data from all schools to provide executives with comprehensive information for effective decision-making.
During the event, Ms. Hattakan Karunpaisarn, Head of the Finance and Accounting Division, delivered the opening remarks outlining the objectives of the exchange session. Following this, Ms. Patcharawan Chanthibdee, a Financial and Accounting Officer responsible for auditing and consolidating school fund financial data, provided an introductory overview of the system. The session was well-attended by staff members responsible for managing school funds from every school, all of whom actively participated in the knowledge exchange.
