Core Missions

Finance and Accounting Section

The Finance and Accounting Section is established as a “centralized” unit, aligned with the university’s policy and management approach of “integrated services and coordinated missions.” The section operates with a clear philosophy, determination, mission, and objectives. As a core unit, it is responsible for supervising and providing services related to finance, assets, and accounting, including budget disbursement control. It serves as a supporting arm to strengthen the university’s four primary missions: teaching and learning, academic services, research, and the preservation of arts and culture.

Philosophy and Operational Policy

  • Work with integrity, prudence, accuracy, speed, and punctuality; providing sincere and equitable services with professional ethics and teamwork.

  • Organize internal workflows to be agile and responsive, while promoting the decentralization of decision-making authority.

  • Establish service systems that ensure rapid responses to customers.

  • Develop and support staff by providing opportunities for both internal and external training.
