Walailak University Finance and Property Committee Meeting No. 2/2025

          On Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Finance and Accounting Division, as the secretariat, organized the 2/2025 Walailak University Finance and Property Committee Meeting at the Khao Luang Meeting Room, Cooperative Education Building, and the online meeting via Zoom cloud meeting program, with Mr. Boonchu Prasopkitthaworn, Chairman of the Finance and Property Committee, and the Finance and Property Committee attending the meeting. The Vice President (Associate Professor Dr. Suwit Wutthisutthimethawi) acted as the committee’s secretary, Ms. Hattakan Karnpaisan, Head of the Finance and Accounting Division, and Mr. Phiphatphan Suwanna-aksorn, Head of the Planning and Strategy Division, acted as assistant secretaries to the committee.
         This time, there are various agendas, such as (draft) Walailak University Council Announcement on the determination of positions of Walailak University employees and workers who receive professional remuneration and special additional payments in 2025, (draft) Walailak University Announcement on the criteria and rates of medical welfare payments, etc.
          The next meeting of the Finance and Property Committee is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In which, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m., there will be a joint meeting of the university’s five committees: the Risk Management Oversight Committee, the Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Committee, the Audit Committee, the Personnel Management Committee, and the Finance and Property Committee.
