On August 26, 2025, the Finance and Accounting Division participated in the presentation of innovative work processes for the development of work processes of the center/institute/division/or equivalent units, and the school/college/graduate school at WU Innovation Day 2025, held from August 25-27, 2025, at the Huatapan Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Building A, Walailak University Medical Center Hospital. The Finance and Accounting Division presented its innovation, “Development of Tax Deduction Submission Data Connected to the Payroll System (WU HRMs),” presented by Ms. Narokmon Sukhopon, Head of General Administration and Administration, Finance and Accounting Division. This system is a development of a tax deduction submission data system connected to the WU HRMs payroll system to facilitate university employees to fill out tax deduction information online by themselves. This reduces steps and data loss from using paper documents, and reduces coordination time with traditional employees. Employees can also edit their own tax deduction information when there is a change in the annual tax deduction.
