On Monday, June 17, 2024 at 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., the Finance and Accounting Section, led by Mr. Hatthakarn Karunpaisarn, Head of the Finance and Accounting Section. Along with Mr. Narakon Sukhophol, head of general administration and administration, and Mr. Sukon Kongphoen, salary disbursement work. Participated as a speaker at a meeting to explain and understand the request for approval for overtime work and disbursement of overtime compensation in the HRMS system to representatives of all departments in the university. To provide knowledge about regulations, announcements, guidelines regarding the disbursement of overtime pay, and preparation of approval letters and recording of overtime pay disbursement in the HRMS system at Meeting Room 3, 9th Floor, Building C, Walailak University Medical Center, and through Zoom cloud meeting system with approximately 150 people attending the meeting
